3. Usage Requirements

5.2. GoatVPN offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. After this period, refunds will not be granted unless required by law.

5.3. If a subscription is purchased through third-party platforms (such as the App Store or Google Play), refunds must be requested directly from the respective providers.

6. Prohibited Use and Restrictions

6.1. The User agrees not to use GoatVPN services for illegal activities, including but not limited to:
- Unauthorized access to networks or systems;
- Financial fraud, phishing, or malware distribution;
- Distribution of copyrighted material without authorization;
- Any activity that violates privacy, cybersecurity laws, or third-party rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.3. GoatVPN's total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the User in the last 12 months preceding the event that gave rise to the claim.

8. Termination and Suspension

8.2. The User may terminate their account at any time. Termination does not entitle the User to refunds beyond the conditions set forth in the cancellation policy.

9. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

9.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Saint Kitts and Nevis.

9.2. Any dispute between the User and GoatVPN should preferably be resolved through amicable negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts in Saint Kitts and Nevis.
